On arrival
MEETING POINT:
People's Square Metro Station, Exit 3 (Chinese: 人民广场地铁站3号出口). It is in front of the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center.
If you are coming by taxi, the address is 211 Middle Xizang Road, close to Middle Xizang Road & Renmin Avenue.
(Chinese: 西藏中路与人民大道交叉口,上海城市规划展览馆门口).

Things to note
The MORNING tour runs from 10 am to 2 pm, lasting around 4 hours. The tour ends at Yuyuan Garden Bazaar. Close to Yuyuan Garden Metro Station on line 10/14.
The AFTERNOON tour runs from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, lasting around 3.5 hours. The tour ends at The Bund. Close to East Nanjing Road Metro Station on line 2/10.
* In summer, the afternoon tour starts at 5:00 pm to avoid the heat.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to $50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
